Clare County Council has given the green light for the development of 42 new houses in Crusheen.
Woodhaven Development Ltd has been granted permission for 32 three-bedroom properties, four four-bedrooms and six two-bedrooms – all of which will be private housing.
This latest development is the third phase of a master plan for lands close to the village centre, on the Gort side, with 42 houses already built and 29 homes currently under construction.
