House prices in Clare are expected to rise by 4% this year.
A survey carried out by the Real Estate Alliance shows that the rate of increase is predicted to slow, with prices in the county rising by 6.7% to €190,000 last year.

Overall, the average house price across the country rose by 4.6% in 2018 with indications showing the market is steadying after an 11.3% rise in 2017.
