Clare County Council logged some of the highest level of environmental complaints in 2019.
A new EPA report has revealed around 2,250 complaints of this nature were logged here, and that only a handful of local authorities recorded a higher number, when population levels are taken into account.
Most of the complaints related to waste and littering.
