Trolley numbers at the region’s main hospital have eased slightly today.
According to the INMO, there were 12 patients on trolleys at University Hospital Limerick this morning; those being among 24 nationally.
It’s in contrast to last week, when there were no patients on trolleys at Dooradoyle on several days, with COVID-19 continuing to see unusually low numbers being admitted to Irish hospitals.
