Disappointment In Sixmilebridge As Primary Care Centre Delayed

There’s disappointment in Sixmilebridge as the primary health care centre in the town looks set to be significantly delayed.

It’s believed an unforeseen issue with the purchase of the site earmarked for the centre means the completion of the project could be pushed back by as much as twelve months.

The local authority has already granted planning permission for the works, which will see a two-storey centre constructed between the Shannon Road and Ashview Drive.
