Clare’s Independent TD insists the local authority has missed a trick by not ensuring there was equal gender balance on the new board for the Cliffs of Moher.
Of the nine members, six are men and only three are women, one of whom is already the Director of the Visitor Experience.
Among the new appointees is businessman and former Dragon’s Den star Bobby Kerr, who will join local councillors, county council representatives and more.
