Clare County Council has given the green light to a major social housing development in Shannon.
Conditional planning permission has been awarded to John Walsh to construct 60 dwellings at Tullyvarraga.

It will comprise of detached and semi-detached houses, as well as apartment units, and some landscaping and ancillary works.
