GeoDirectory Say Clare Has ‘Room For Improvement’ In Empty Home Rates

The CEO of GeoDirectory says Clare has ‘quite a bit of room for improvement’ when it comes to its residential vacancy rates.

A new report from the data analysis firm shows the percentage of empty homes in this county is more than 50 percent above the national average figure.

While more than 1,000 property transactions took place in Clare in 2021, only around 1 in 13 of these were for new homes.
