Gardaí are warning people heading to Clare’s coast this bank holiday to ensure they’re fit to drive.
Extra patrols will be out on the roads to crack down on drink-driving, seatbelt wearing and mobile phone use at the wheel.
The warning comes as it’s revealed there have been 105 drink driving arrests so far this year in Clare, compared to 84 in the same period last year.
