A primary healthcare centre in Sixmilebridge has been given the green light by Clare County Council.
Valley Healthcare can now proceed with the project, which will see a two-storey centre constructed between the Shannon Road and Ashview Drive in the town.

It’s expected that there will be two doctors there and some nursing staff too and it’s hoped the centre can play a part in alleviating overcrowding at University Hospital Limerick.
Independent Sixmilebridge Councillor PJ Ryan has welcomed the development and is hopeful there will be no further delays.
