French Ambassador To Ireland Visits Clare School

The French Ambassador to Ireland is visiting a Clare school today to pay tribute to students.

127 pupils at Kilmaley National School sent a butterfly condolance card to the French Embassy following the recent terror attacks in Paris.

The children created their own butterfly to represent each person who died in the tragedy.

Afterwards, his excellency Jean-Pierre Thébault will pay a courtesy visit to Clare County Council Offices at Aras Contae to express his gratitude for the opening of books of condolences following the Paris Attacks.
