Renewed calls have been made on internet giant Facebook to recognise one community in South-East Clare.
When looking to say that they live in Meelick, residents in the village are only able to select the fictional Meelick Bridge, Co. Limerick.

Local Councillor Cathal Crowe has raised the issue with Facebook before, with little success, and has now renewed his calls for the website to rectify what he regards as a serious error.
