Extension For St. Anne’s Moves Closer

Clare’s Fianna Fáil TD has welcomed the annoucement of funding for the redevelopment of a Killaloe school.

Progress has been made on the St Anne’s Community College project with the Department of Education confirming that funding has been allocated.

This will be the fourth extension of the college since it was established in 1987.

It accomodates students from East Clare and North Tipperary, and a growing population has meant another development is required.

The tender process now lies with the Limerick and Clare Eduction and Training Board and Deputy Timmy Dooley says that Government must now follow through on its commitment.
