Forensic experts have arrived at the scene of a housefire in Gort, in which two people died.

The blaze broke out in an appartment on Railway Road just before three o'clock this morning.
Gardai have confirmed that a 38 year old man died in the fire, and while the second person hasn't been formally identified.
However, it's believed to be a woman in her sixties who had previously lived in the Caher area of East Clare.
Post mortems are to be carried out on their remains later this afternoon.
