Ennis Principal Says He Won’t Prevent Pupils Accessing School With New Mask Wearing Rules

An Ennis Principal says he won’t be preventing access to school pupils next week, when new rules on mask wearing are being enforced.

New guidelines mean pupils from third class and above will have to wear face covering in the classroom from Monday.

The Education Minister has said that from next week, pupils who don’t comply will be asked to stand down from school.
