Clare Senator Says Ventilation Plans For New Secondary Schools Are ‘An Absolute Joke’

Clare’s Green Party Senator says current ventilation measures due to be implemented in new schools in the North of the county are ‘an absolute joke’.

Plans are now in place for new secondary school buildings in both Ennistymon and Lisdoonvarna.

Work on amalgamating three existing schools in Ennistymon is expected to begin later this year, with a site yet to be identified for a new premises for students and staff at Mary Immaculate school in Lisdoonvarna.
