Driver Detected 50km Over Speed Limit In Clare

Gardaí have pulled over a driver doing over 130km per hour in a 80km zone on his way to Shannon Airport this morning.

The car was detected doing 134km at the time of the incident.

A fixed charge penalty notice has been issued to the driver and Gardaí are once again appealing to motorists to slow down and arrive alive.
