Clare’s Fianna Fáil TD has ruled out running for a seat in the European Parliament.
Timmy Dooley was retained as the party’s Communications Spokesperson during last week’s reshuffle of the party frontbench by leader Micheál Martin.

Recent reports have linked the Mountshannon TD with a European election bid next year, but speaking on today’s edition of Morning Focus here on Clare FM, he insisted that won’t happen.
