Donohue Backs TDs Who Are Subject Of O’Brien Action

The Transport Minister has backed the TDs who've been hit with a High Court action by businessman Denis O'Brien.

Paschal Donohoe says he supports the Committee on Procedures and Privileges – which is the subject of legal action by Mr O'Brien – after it rejected his claims that Independent Deputy Catherine Murphy abused her privilege to make allegations about him in the Dáil.
