Motorists around Ennis are being warned of traffic delays in the county town this week.
Clare County Council is installing traffic loops at six locations in the town – at Captain Mac’s Junction, Club Bridge, Woodquay, Darcy’s Corner, the Clare Road Junction and at Maddens Furniture.

The works will continue until Friday, with the local authority saying the traffic loops will reduce overall waiting times at traffic lights once installed.
