Clare County Council has said that it's not yet known when there will be an update on the controversial Limerick Northern Distributor Road project.
Local representatives here in Clare gave the project their backing in July, despite strong opposition from affected residents.

However it was later thrown into doubt after the LImerick portion of the road was rejected by Councillors there, and now options are being considered.
