The revised terms of reference for the ‘Grace’ inquiry will be decided by the Dáil today.
The new plans will see the investigation split in two – one part will deal with the alleged abuse of Grace herself, while the other part will cover dozens of other children who stayed at the same foster home.

Opposition parties had argued it was unfair not to examine the cases of all those who were potentially involved.
