Taoiseach Ennis Visit Being Considered For October

A planned visit by the Taoiseach to Ennis is under consideration to be rescheduled for October.

An initial trip from Micheál Martin to the county town to formally launch the Ennis 2040 plan was cancelled back in January amid high cases of COVID-19 nationwide.

It’s understood Clare County Council remains in contact with the Department of the Taoiseach on the visit.
