Clare Health Committee Member ‘Concerned’ At Senior Departures Following Reid Resignation

Clare’s Fine Gael Senator says he’s ‘concerned’ about the upper echelons of the health service being impacted by a number of senior departures in a short space of time.

HSE CEO Paul Reid has revealed he’s to step down from his role in December, while it’s Chief Operating Officer Anne O’ Connor left this month to work for VHI.

Chief Medical Officer Tony Holohan and Deputy CMO Ronan Glynn are also stepping away from their roles this summer.
