County Dog Warden Reminding Dog Owners To Rein In Pets Following Cratloe Sheep Slaughter

The County Dog Warden is reminding dog owners to keep their pets reined in following a recent incident which claimed the lives of several sheep.

Five sheep were killed by a pet dog in a crate in Cratloe two weeks ago resulting in €1500 damage which the dog owner has paid.

The incident also caused a number of pregnant sheep to miscarry due to distress.
