Up to 600 extra carpark spaces are now available in Ennis during peak Christmas shopping times.
Clare County Council has announced that over 50 free spaces are available at the Old Boys NS until January 5, from 8am to 8pm.

Up to 200 free spaces will also be available at the Holy Family NS on weekends and all day from December 20, 2025, to January 3, 2026, inclusive.
Furthermore, free parking will be available at council offices in Áras Contae an Chláir and Waterpark Campus each weekend before Christmas, as well as Christmas Eve.
All Ennis public car parks will be free of charge from 2pm daily, and free all day on Sundays, until January 1, 2026.
