Ennis Chamber Urges Commercial Landlords To Communicate With Struggling Business Owners

The CEO of Ennis Chamber is urging commercial landlords to open the lines of communication with their tenants at this challenging time.

Clare County Council has already announced that commercial rates are to be eased for some during the COVID-19 outbreak, as business owners come under severe pressure to pay their bills.

Focus is now turning to how they will continue to pay rents on their premises, to ensure they don’t close for good once the pandemic comes to an end.

Margaret O’Brien says communication and fair play will be key from all sides, to ensure our county survives this and can thrive afterwards.
