A Clare Senator, who has been linked with joining Lucinda Creighton's new political party, is not expected to be announced as a candidate when it is launched today.

The former Fine Gael Junior Minister will be joined by a group of candidates in Dublin this morning, as she launches the new party which doesn't have a name, but has been dubbed 'Reboot Ireland'.
In January, speculation linked Fine Gael's Martin Conway with the party but he's told Clare FM he won't be attending their event today.
