Concern That Clare Doesn’t Have Enough Driving Instructors To Keep Up With COVID-19 Backlog

There’s concern that Clare no longer has enough driving instructors to keep up with the backlog caused by COVID-19.

It comes as the RSA is warning of ‘considerable difficulties in dealing with the demand of over 62,000 learner drivers nationwide.

There are also fears that social distancing can’t be adhered to during driving tests and making cars safe is now a ‘significant challenge’.
