The number of vacant commercial properties in Clare has risen in the first six months of this year.
A new report has found that over 750 commercial units here are currently vacant.

Out of 5,681 commercial properties in Clare, 13.3% of those were vacant in the months between April and June this year.
That's up from 12.9% at the end of last year.
The figures compiled by GeoDirectory show that vacancies in the Banner County are slightly higher than the national average of 12.6%.
The highest rate in the country is in Sligo at 16.8% while the lowest of 9.3% is in Kerry.
