Clare’s Junior Minister will visit South America this St Patrick’s Day.
The Government has announced Ministerial Trips in March, with every single EU capital being visited, as the government ups the diplomatic offensive in the days before Brexit.
The Taoiseach will visit Washington and Donald Trump and the Tánaiste will make a diplomatic tour – taking in Paris, Berlin, Brussels and the Hague.

While Clare’s Minister at the Department of Jobs, Pat Breen will go to Colombia, Paraguay and Uruguay.
Its understood Ministers will be told to sell the place of Ireland in a world where Britain is no longer in the EU.
