Clare women are being urged to consider a career in the construction sector.
It comes as the Construction Industry Federation of Ireland is launching its International Women’s Day Summit this Friday.

There are currently 176,000 people working in the trade nationwide, of which 90% are men.
CIF Southern Director Joanne Treacy says there will be major benefits to striking a balance.
