Clare is set to benefit from a minor roads funding boost.
The Department of Rural and Community Development has today allocated over €17m nationwide under the Local Improvement Scheme.

Of this, €941,790 has been allocated to Clare.
The scheme covers repairs and improvement works on non-public rural roads and laneways.
