Clare residents are being urged not to suffer in silence if they're feeling low this Christmas.
While this Christmas Day will be a happy one for many, Samaritans says it's a difficult time for others who can find the holiday season particularly lonely.

People can also call into the Ennis and Clare branch on the Kilrush Roads between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. daily.
Volunteer Kevin Phelan says those who are suffering are not alone.
