The cost of renting a home in Clare has risen by almost 12% in the first three months of the year.
The latest report from Daft.ie shows tenants in this county were forking out 757 euro on average every month between January and March.

The figure is slightly higher than the national average but much lower than neighbours Limerick, where there has been a 17% rise in rents and Galway where costs are up by 13%.
Daft.ie Economist, Ronan Lyons says there’s no sign of a slow down in prices here yet.
