Two of the three Clare properties offered for sale at the latest distrssed property auction by Allsops have been purchased.

The Ashford Court – a 27 bedroom boutique hotel on the Old Mill Road in Ennis – fetched a price of 305,000 euro, 90 thousand euro beyond it’s reserve.
A private residence in Mountshannon met it’s reserve price of 125 thousand euro though no sale has been recorded for the 41 bed Kilkee Bay Hotel in West Clare, for which a 315 thousand euro reserve price had been sought.
