Clare Professor Describes Today’s Attack As Deliberate Decision To Terrorise Ukrainians

A Clare native academic has described today’s attack on Kyiv as a deliberate decision to terrorise the people of Ukraine.

At least 10 people have died and 60 are injured following Russian missile attacks across Ukraine, which included the targeting of Kyiv.

Ukraine’s president claims Russia’s deliberately targeting civilians, after today’s attacks, which also hit the likes of Lviv, Kharkiv and Dnipro.
