As the debate about the role of women in the Church continues, a Clare mother of four is preparing for her ordination to the priesthood today.
The Reverend Vicki Lynch from the Hand, Miltown Malbay will be ordained as a priest of the Church of Ireland at St. Mary’s Cathedral in Limerick this evening, following years of preparation.

The Reverend Lynch is due to continue her work in Clare as part of the Church of Ireland diocese of Limerick, Killaloe and Ardfert and feels her experience as a woman and a mother will serve her well in her ministry
