A Clare Independent TD admits she’s received ‘threats’ during her current term in office.
Violet-Anne Wynne was among female members of the Dail who met with the Ceann Comhairle last evening following a number of instances of alleged online and in-person abuse to politicians.
Gardaí are understood to have given a presentation to the meeting, during which they encouraged those in attendance at the meeting to report incidents to them.
