Clare Hotels Are Feeling ‘The Brexit Effect’

The Chair of the Shannon branch of the Irish Hotels Federation says hoteliers in this county are feeling the Brexit effect.

The IHF’s annual conference in Kerry is drawing to a close today and has seen severe concern emerging about the impact of Britain’s departure from the EU.

Almost two thirds of hoteliers say advance bookings from British visitors are down, while 91% are concerned about what Brexit holds in store for them.
