Clare Hospitality Worker Claims Some Staff Are Being Pushed To Breaking Point

A Clare waiter claims hosptiality staff are being pushed to breaking point without sufficient support.

Current working conditions and high prices for those in the sector have this week been raised at the Oireachtas Health Comittee.

The Irish Conress of Trade Unions has said staff are being exploited and mistreated and that the sector is characterised by low wages and breaches of company law.
