Clare goes centrestate in new US tourism campaign

Shannon Airport and County Clare are at the centre of a new campaign to attract American Tourists to the region with the return of Aer Lingus’ Shannon to Chicago service.

The former state airline is advertising County Clare as a destination to customers throughout North America, using Shannon Airport and Aer Lingus services to get here.

Shannon to Chicago flights return next Month, along with the re-instatement of Aer Lingus services to Heathrow, and Mayor of Clare Madeline Taylor Quinn says it’s a great boost to the region.

She’s encouraging people to use the new flight services as part of her St. Patrick’s Day visit to New York and Chicago.
