Clare County Council Warns Drivers To Be Cautious Following Heavy Downpours

Clare County Council is asking motorists to take care on the roads this morning following heavy rainfall overnight.

Met Éireann issued a status yellow weather warning until 5am this morning for thunder storms and heavy downpours, with the risk spot flooding creating hazardous driving conditions.

A weather advisory for similar conditions has been extended to 5am on Thursday.
