Clare Company Director Reaches Settlement Of Over €132,000 With Revenue For Under Declaration Of Income Tax

Four Clare people entered the tax defaulters list in the third quarter of the year.

Three residents have been fined €2,500 for the misuse of marked mineral oil, including a plant hire operative in Kilmihil and two individuals whose occupations are unknown to revenue with addresses at St.Michael’s Park, Ballymaley Ennis.

A Clare Company Director, meanwhile, has reached a settlement with revenue, after being investigated in an audit for the under declaration of income tax.

The man with an address at Killoo, Clarecastle paid a total sum of €132,630.
