Community groups throughout Clare are being warned of the impending deadline for the Pride of Place competition.
The closing date for local communities, projects and housing estates to express an interest in taking part is this Thursday, March 31st.

Last year, Doonbeg won first place in its category, while Miltown Malbay was a category winner in 2013.
Kilkee and Tuamgraney have also ranked highly in the competition in recent years.
Expressions of interest are being sought by Clare County Council, and further details are available on prideofplace.ie
