Clare Campaigner Believes Medical Card Reform Will Happen

A prominent Clare campaigner to reform medical cards for the terminally ill is confident the issue will be addressed in the supplementary Budget.

There was widespread criticism at the decision to remove promised reform on the issue from Budget 2021’s expenditure report.

Terminally ill cancer patient John Wall, from Quin, spoke to Health Minister Stephen Donnelly on Budget night.
