Clare-Based CHI Chair Claims Organisation’s Work Key To Solving Housing Crisis

The Clare-based Chair of Co-Operative Housing Ireland claims the organisation’s work will be key to solving the housing crisis.

Co-Operative Housing Ireland, which was founded in 1973, is an approved housing body which currently provides over 4,500 homes to low-income households nationwide.

As of October 2023, CHI provides 249 homes in Clare, 31 of which were delivered since January of this year, while 463 dwellings have been delivered nationally since the beginning of the year.
