Claims Stabilised Property Market In Clare Presenting Favourable Conditions For First Time Buyers

It’s claimed rising interest rates are beginning to stabilise the housing market in Clare.

The latest property price report from Myhome.ie shows that the median cost for a residence in the county remains unchanged over the last twelve months at €250,000.

Meanwhile, the average sum sought for a four-bed semi-detached dwelling here has fallen by €5,000 between April & June.
