Calls For Immediate Action On Dog Fouling In East Clare

An East Clare Councillor is calling for immediate action to be taken on the issue of dog fouling in the area.

It comes as concerns are being raised about being able to attract and retain tourism to the region if the issue deteroriates once hospitality reopens this summer.

A Clare FM investigation recently revealed just seven fines for dog fouling were handed out in this county between 2014 and 2020.
