Call For Disability Issues To Be Addressed In Budget

The Government is being urged to address the needs of those with disabilities in the forthcoming Budget.

In a submission to the Finance Minister, the Irish Wheel Chair Association is calling for more investment in vital services.

An increase in the number of personal assistance hours, and the fast-tracking of wheelchair-accessible-housing are among the issues being highlighted.
